The perfect pie isn’t a pie-in-the-sky dream. Instead, it is an art that’s been perfected by our bakers – a delectable, delicate balance of filling and crust.
For starters, the ingredients must be the highest quality, fresh and in season. The dough must be rolled by hand. When it comes out of the oven, the buttery crust must be tender, flaky, and able to hold its own when filled with sweet fruit or custard. Pie’s not only a dessert everyone loves, but if you ask us, there’s no better rule-breaking breakfast than a slice of it with coffee.
